distinct shopping districts in Castle Rock, Colorado – the
outlet mall, the north end, the historic downtown and the
west side area.
The Outlets at Castle Rock:
The Outlets at Castle Rock draws over 4.2 million customers
per year to Castle Rock. The mall, which opened in 1992 has
continued to expand to a total of 477,786 square feet. It
offers over 110 shops anchored by The Gap Outlet, Nike Factory
Store, Off 5th Saks Avenue Outlet, Coach Factory Store, Liz

The North End:
Along with the outlet mall, the north end of town offers shoppers
a variety of big box shopping opportunities. National chains,
both retail stores and restaurants, provide hundreds of thousands
of square feet of merchandise and eating choices.

Historic Downtown:
For a more personal touch, the downtown shopping district
offers a pedestrian-friendly environment. The shops and restaurants
located here are generally locally owned and operated and
provide a wide range of products and services. From custom
jewelry to vinyl records, from old fashioned milkshakes to
fine dining, our historic central business district has it

Of the approximately 350,000sf of retail space available in downtown Castle Rock, approximately 40,000sf of small and mid-size spaces are currently available.
West Side:
On the west side of town, the Wolfensberger shopping area
offers a variety of retail and service options, including some highway–oriented business. Restaurants, retail shops, gas
stations and automotive services provide a wide array of offerings.

The Meadows Town Center (coming soon):
In addition to being a high-growth residential area, The Meadows encompasses several hundred acres of commercial land located to the west of the Outlets at Castle Rock.
