What CREDCO Does

The Castle Rock Economic Development Council (CREDCO) works to increase employment opportunities in Castle Rock, Colorado through commercial expansion. By working closely with municipal, county and state governments, as well as industrial and commercial site developers, CREDCO's goal is to attract new businesses to our community and assist existing businesses with their expansion plans.

CREDCO staff have an in-depth knowledge of the local business community. We maintain a comprehensive and current list of all commercial properties, available space, and buildable sites in town. In addition, we have statistics about the town's demographics, labor force and retail spending data. CREDCO is a non-profit corporation that works in co-operation with the Town of Castle Rock and the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce.
