Comprehensive Master Plan

The Comprehensive Master Plan is the plan for Castle Rock’s future. This “2020 Strategic Plan” was prepared by the Town's Development Services Department with input from its citizens as well as various community organizations including the Economic Development Council. The Plan describes the community's goals and future shape. It conveys the vision for topics such as growth management, land use and transportation. A Transportation Master Plan offers additional detail on that component of the Comprehensive Master Plan. The Master Plan is used by the Town when they review development proposals, design sewer expansions, and plan new Town facilities.

The Master Plan maps make up Chapter 13 of the document and must be downloaded separately due to file size. These maps are not zoning maps but rather conceptual maps.
