The Douglas
County Library District operates the Philip S. Miller
Public Library in Castle Rock, Colorado. This 48,000 square foot facility is open 7 days a week and

The Southeast Business Partnership
(SEBP) is a public/private
partnership dedicated to serving the South Metro Denver community with
regard to Economic Development, Transportation, Water,
and other areas of particular Business and Public Policy
interest. The area served includes all of Douglas,
western Arapahoe, and southern Denver Counties--the area is
best defined by Parker Road on the east, the Foothills
on the west, Yale Avenue on the north and stretching
south to the Perry Park area. This area represents
the largest concentration of economic activity in Colorado
(nearly 30% larger than downtown Denver) and consistently
is known as the preferred place to work and live
in the Rocky Mountain States. Funding comes from an
array of nearly 100 Board of Trustee and Board of Governors
members who annually invest at least $25,000 and $10,000,
respectively. The full-time staff of 8 professionals
